the arches took influence from India, while the interior has classical Ottoman styling.

Dalyan town, situated ten kilometres from Palace Gökbel, is blessed with many geographical attractions you can explore, including the Lycian rock tombs, Lake koycegiz, the ruins of Caunos and the mud baths and natural sulphur springs.
Gökbel is famous for Iztuzu beach, a protected area, where the Carretta turtles come to lay their eggs.
The beach itself is four and a half kilometres long; is sandy with shallow warm waters and is just five kilometres from the retreat. There are two cafes, a bar and facilities on the beach.
Another beautiful cove close to the retreat is Asi Beach with rougher turquoise waters, a café and a zip line.
Palace Gökbel has six exquisite, boutique en-suit rooms, with stunning views of the beach, accommodating no more than nine guests at one time.
