Divine Mountain Yoga has been sharing retreats for nearly 20 years, in many locations. Naomi has many professional qualifications, obtained throughout the years of teaching. All achieved in the UK.
Naomi had a spiritual calling ten years ago to share her passion and wisdom of yoga, to help others on their yoga journeys. She offers individual attention and help, through calm sharing, creative, inclusive practices.
There are many styles of yoga that she incorporates in her thought provoking asana classes. From ashtanga to vinyasa, primal to power, stretch to yin and pilates too. Extra classes are always on offer for those seeking more physical yoga. Morning classes usually last for 90 minutes. Relaxation evening classes are 30-45 minutes. All classes take place on an open air studio, dappled in shade by the giant pine trees and with the breath taking views of the Dalyan Delta, Turtle beach and lakes and mountain ranges.
Naomi incorages all guests to try a yogic meal plan, to ensure pure easy digestion, calm mind and energized body. Food has almost become more popular on the retreat than the yoga, with guests returning back each year, just for the food and for the nourishment.

The body mind and soul retreat, for 5 nights and 6 days, is £1000 for a solo traveller and £1,500 for couples and sharers.
50% (non refundable) deposits taken on making reservation, by bank transfer (£), for 2026 season. Three night minimum stay policy. Balance can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
Holidays can be cancelled up to two weeks before arrival date, for those paying by bank transfer and one week before for those paying by cash. Pounds and euro are accepted.
Timetable changes with the season, this is to reconnect yourself with the earth and universe. In summer we need the shade to keep our bodies ambient and in the winter we crave the warmth of the sun. Meals are eaten in daylight hours, as this aids our digestion.

0700 Wake up with a hot cup of coffee or tea, in the lotus lounge, taking in those first breaths of clean morning air, while gazing accross as the mountains unfold from the shade and the sun lights up the valley. Preparing your mind for the first yoga class of the day, up on the dedicated yoga terrace, dappled in shade from the giant pine trees. 0730-0900 practical asana to honour the temple you reside in. Classes are 90 minutes, incorporating a warm up, sun prayers and creative flows.
0930 Continental inspired breakfast of homemade muffins, banana and lemon, chocolate courgette and orange, carrot and walnut. With pressed coffee or black, green, herbal tea.
1000-1200 Change of pace, now the body has been attended to, the soul can be pure, to receive. Meditation Colour and journaling sessions, are creative and a way to connect to inner depths and to learn how to self heal or receive divine messages. visualizations, letter writing to yourself.
1300-1400 Turkish mezze Lunch, served on a sharing platter for two. Carrot and apple slaw, hot red sauce, green pea dip, white bean dip, aubergine and almond in olive oil, walnut and pepper dip, fresh cucumber, olives from the garden.

1830-1915 A chance for relaxation, gentle movement, yin yoga, eternity pebbles. Before watching the sun set over iztuzu beach and then time to nourish the body with a yogic, plant based evening meal. An exciting collective of different meals every night. From tahini sauce with carrot ribbons and mushrooms, deconstructed lentil moussaka, cashew and carrot curry with roasted veggies and banana curry, pea and sunflower seed samosas with hummus and salad, summer rolls, chia seed tarts, millennium slices and more.
