The Experience



A seven day escape includes:


A six night stay in one of the beautifully decorated, air-conditioned rooms with complimentary toiletries.

Turkish breakfast, is plated and served in the shaded picnic area; the 3 course evening meal, with complimentary turkish wine and beer, is plated and served on the wine terrace. Vegetarians, vegans, normal diets and low-carb diets are all catered for, other dietary requirements, like gluten free and allergies, Please inform us on booking. 

There is non-mandatory group yoga classes twice daily plus Pilates, meditation and relaxation on the roof terrace hosted by Naomi a fully (uk) certified teacher. The experience includes two mini workshops, one of your choosing during the week. Plus a nutritional plan and advice on a healthy balanced diet.

There are two complimentary excursions during a 6 night stay. The first, a trip to Dalyan town centre to savour the spoils of the local area, plus a triple complimentary treatment at the Turkish Hamam. The second is an outing to Iztuzu beach, from the months of May to September you can enjoy a 40 minutes boat ride past the rock tombs and trough the reeds, to the beach, where you can take a leisurely walk along the sandy shore, gazing at the beautiful clear shallow waters, before a final visit to the turtle hospital or you can venture in for a swim!

A typical day


0600-0800 Fruit, tea and coffee.

0800-1000 An energising, body awakening yoga/Pilates session incorporating sun salutations, core work and a medatation practise.

1030 – 1130 Traditional Turkish breakfast, plated and served in the shaded picnic area.

1130 – 1700 Free time to chill by the pool, snooze in a hammock or sit back relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine.  Partake in an artistic interest like sketching, painting and writing, the scenery here is both breath taking and inspiring. Or take yourself off to visit the local area – the rock tombs, a boat trip, the mud baths, Asi beach or the famous turtle beach.

1400 Lunch time smoothie.

1400 - 1430 Twice weekly Mini lunch time workshop.

1700 – 1815 A slower paced Yin Yoga session, focusing on the breath to really relax into some holding postures. The warm balmy Turkish weather will help the body respond.

1815 – 1900 Personal relaxation time.

1900 – 2000 Dinner, a 3 course evening meal, served in front of a stunning sunset on the wine terrace.
